In Eclipse go to General Ledger > Chart of Accounts and press the Update EzyPO button. This copies the codes across and ensures the data is synced with EzyPO. This needs to be run when adding new chart of account codes in Eclipse.
If it is a specific EzyPO user that cannot see the Chart of Accounts, ensure that the user is setup with the correct security group and it exists in the user field section of the Eclipse Chart of Accounts. You can see how to set this up here: Chart of Accounts User Field.
