1. If you want to disable a vendor from EzyPO but still have them accessible in Eclipse you will need to edit the vendor details from Vendor Master Maintenance.
Go to Vendor Master Maintenance -> Vendor Details -> Vendor Warnings -> and tick "Exclude vendor from EzyPO"

To edit multiple vendors at once, you can export the vendors to Excel and then change the Exclude from EzyPO/DPF flag to Y.

2. Alternatively, marking a vendor as inactive inside Eclipse will disable them in both Eclipse and EzyPO.
