Follow the below depending on your browser to clear your browser cache for a specific website (e.g https://www.freelanceportal.com.au/)

Firefox

  1. Log out of the website you are logged into.

  2. Click the padlock at the left of the address bar after you’ve logged out.

  3. Click Clear Cookies and Site data.

  4. Once done, reload the page and login again.

Chrome

  1. Log out of the website you are logged into.

  2. Click the padlock at the left of the address bar after you’ve logged out.

  3. Click Site Settings.

4. A new tab will open in your browser. Click the Clear Data button to reset the browser cache and agree to the prompt.

5. Once done, reload the page and login again.

Safari

  1. Log out of the website you are logged into.

  2. Click Safari in the top menu and then click Preferences.

  3. Next click Privacy tab and choose Manage Website Data.

  4. Choose the target website, and click Remove All button to clear cache for the site.

  5. Once done, reload the page and login again.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Log out of the website you are logged into.

  2. Press F12 on your Keyboard and click Open DevTools

  3. Right click the Refresh button left of the address bar and click Empty cache and hard refresh

  4. Press F12 on your Keyboard to close the DevTools

  5. Login again to the website.
