1. If you want to disable a vendor from EzyPO but still have them accessible in Eclipse you will need to edit the vendor details from Vendor Master Maintenance.

Go to Vendor Master Maintenance -> Vendor Details -> Vendor Warnings -> and tick "Exclude vendor from EzyPO

2. Alternatively, marking a vendor as inactive inside Eclipse will disable them in both Eclipse and EzyPO.

  • The vendor will still be selectable in DPF when drafting, but the user will not be able to send the record for approval until the vendor is marked as active.
