Error: Another HandyMarkerBrowse Process or Report has the Global Queue.
Problem: You receive the following Error Message window: Another HandyMarkerBrowse Process or Report has the Global Queue.
Solution:
A) Close all open windows in Eclipse or close Eclipse itself and try again, if that fails try (B).
B) Log out of Eclipse by going to File -> Sign Out by following the instructions here https://tphglobal.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TPHCS/pages/1698463745, then log back in.
