Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your EzyPO password, please follow the instructions below.

If you are getting a warning that your password has expired, please email support@helpdesk.tphglobal.com with your Username, Company ID and the name of the Production you’re working on.

1. Go to the EzyPO website, appropriate to your location:

 United Kingdom
 https://ezypo2.tphglobal.com/

Australia
https://ezypo.com.au/

 

2. Click on the Login button, top right corner of the page.  

 

3. The Login window will appear, click the Reset Password link

4. The Forgotten Password window will appear. Enter your Username and Company ID and click Send. A temporary password will be sent to the email that has been registered with EzyPO. 
Note: The temporary password will expire after 2 hours.
