Chart of Accounts not Showing on EzyPO/DPF

Questions: 

  • Eclipse Chart of Accounts are not showing up on EzyPO/DPF

  • EzyPO/DPF is saying the Chart of Account code does not exist even though I know it exists in Eclipse!

  • I've added a new chart of account code in Eclipse and it doesn't show in EzyPO.

  • The vendor tax code is different between DPF and Eclipse.

 

Answer:  

  1. In Eclipse go to General Ledger > Chart of Accounts and press the Update EzyPO button. This copies the codes across and ensures the data is synced with EzyPO/DPF. This should be to be run when trying to fix data that is not synced between DPF and Eclipse.

  2. If it is a specific EzyPO user that cannot see the Chart of Accounts, ensure that the user is setup with the correct security group and it exists in the user field section of the Eclipse Chart of Accounts. You can see how to set this up here: Chart of Accounts User Field for DPF/EzyPO Security
