Signing up to the TPH Customer Support portal.

The best way the contact customer support is by lodging a ticket via our customer support portal. To do this you will need to sign up for an account.

1. Navigate to the TPH Customer Support Portal

2. Enter click Sign up.

3. Enter in your email and then click Send Link. 

   Open

   

    

4. You will then be emailed an activation link to access the portal. Click on that link and create a password.

5. You now have access to the TPH Customer Support portal! This portal can be used to access helpful user guides and contact support in the future, so save the link.
