If your Eclipse has frozen, your clipboard has dropped (you are unable to paste in Excel forms) or Eclipse is stuck with an error message: you should sign out of Go-Global to terminate your session. 

You can terminate your Eclipse session manually by going to the Go-Global window behind Eclipse and clicking the File -> Sign Out  option.

This will close down your Eclipse session on our server and allow you to log back in with an error-free session. 

If the above does not work you can log onto a different server to start a new session as described Changing AppController/ Go-Global Server
