Follow the below depending on your browser to clear your browser cache for a specific website (e.g https://www.freelanceportal.com.au/)

Firefox

  1. Click on the Tool bar.

  2. Click on Settings.

3. On the menu to the left, select Privacy & Security.

4. Under the Cookies and Site Data option, click the “Clear Data…” button.

5. Select only the two options and click Clear.

6. If on a Windows computer, close and re-open Firefox to save your changes. If on an Apple computer, go to the Firefox menu on the top menu bar and select Quit for the changes to take effect.

Chrome

  1. Click the Tools menu (three dotted lines in the upper-right corner).

  2. Select History. 

3. Select Clear Browsing Data from the left-hand side. Set the Time Range set to All Time. Check-mark Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files and select Clear Data.

4. If on a Windows computer, close and re-open Chrome to save your changes. If on an Apple computer, go to the Chrome menu on the top menu bar and select Quit for the changes to take effect.

Safari

  1. Log out of the website you are logged into.

  2. Click Safari in the top menu and then click Preferences.

  3. Next click Privacy tab and choose Manage Website Data.

  4. Choose the target website, and click Remove All button to clear cache for the site.

  5. Once done, reload the page and login again.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Log out of the website you are logged into.

  2. Press F12 on your Keyboard and click Open DevTools

  3. Right click the Refresh button left of the address bar and click Empty cache and hard refresh

  4. Press F12 on your Keyboard to close the DevTools

  5. Login again to the website.
