TPHP-5800 Implemented the ability to multi-select / select all contract records in the WEB UI and undertake actions upon them for sending for approval, approving, and downloading.

TPHP-6411 Fixed a bug where all contract send and approval dates were displaying as 1970 in the WEB UI.

TPHP-6341 / TPHP-6267 Fixed a security issue and few spelling mistakes with error messages in the Document Distribution module.
