If your transactions or costs are doubling up or duplicated in your Reports please check if your Sequence Ranges are duplicated.
The Sequence Range is the last tab in the General Ledger Reports or Financial Reports screen.
Financial Reports
By default, your Financial Reports will look similar to the below for Cost Reports. Your categories may vary from the example screenshot.
Check your Sequence Range so that it is not doubling up on any codes.
You can delete a Sequence Range by right clicking on it and selecting Delete.
See Setting up Financial Report Sequence Ranges (ATL, BTL, etc) if you need to setup new Sequence Ranges.
In the example below, there is a duplicate Sequence Range at the bottom screen that is running over all accounts again, doubling the costs. To fix, the duplicate sequence range should be deleted.
Ledger Inquiry Reports
By default, the Ledger Inquiry Reports will look similar to the below with one line for (blank) to ZZZ:
If costs are doubling up, it is very likely you have a duplicate line for the Sequence Range like the below:
Please delete the duplicate sequence line in order to resolve your duplication issue so there is only one line present. You can do this by right clicking the second line and selecting delete.
