The TPH Customer Support Portal is powered by Jira. As this is a third-party service we have no way to reset your password from our end. Please follow these steps to reset your password.
1. Navegate to the TPH Customer Support Portal.
2. Enter your email address and click ‘Next’.
3. Click ‘Forgot your password’.
4. A password reset link will be sent to your email. If you do not see the email please check your junkmail folder or any secondary inboxes.
