Insert TimeCard

1. Go to the Navigation Bar and click TimeCard 

2. Click the Add icon

3. Verify the Production is correct, then select the Period Ending date. The table below will populate with all of the available dates to enter in details

4. Click on the Edit icon to fill in the date details.

5. A new window will appear.

6. Complete the following days details.

  • You can click the Copy Yesterday's Times to copy the previous days details.

  • Click Save to complete each day.

7. Next, add an attachment if you have one by dragging and dropping the file in the attachments field or click within the field to find and select the file.

 

8. Now click Submit to send the timecard for approval.

  • You may also click Preview to view the timecard to be submitted.

9. Verify the company email address is correct then click Submit.

  • You can choose to edit the email address if it is incorrect and then send your timecard by clicking Submit.

  • You can also add additional email addresses in that field, just like you would in an email by inserting a semi colon. For example: timesheets@tph.com.au; time@tph.com.au

  • You will receive a copy of your timesheet to your email address by default (you don’t need to add your email address in here)

If the email address is incorrect please follow the steps from 1 – 3 here: Change the Company email address to the Head of Department for an Existing Company to add the correct email address for future timecards.
