Why is my scan not uploading in Eclipse?

Check the scan in your PDF reader to make sure the Barcode is well defined.
1. Open the scan of your PDF and zoom in on the Barcode at 800% zoom.
2. Check to see that the lines are well defined and solid, and are not bleeding into each other.
3. It may be necessary to re-scan your document or re-print your barcodes and stick them over the old barcodes if the quality of the barcode is not readable by our system.
65 barcodes (38.1mm x 21.2mm) can be printed on one sheet using Avery L7651 for LaserJet or J8651 for InkJet.
When printing the barcodes, make sure to print to actual size so as to not distort the barcode images.
See below for an example of a good and bad barcode scan.
This is an example of a good barcode when zoomed in at 800% in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The lines are defined and do not bleed together. Even though the bars are fuzzy, there is plenty of white space in between each bar.
This is an example of a bad barcode when zoomed in at 800% in Adobe Acrobat Reader. The lines are not well defined, some bars bleed together, and it is pixelated.
