How to Resubmit a Timesheet

There may be occasions where your payroll department will contact you and ask you to make changes to your timesheet and resubmit it. Please follow this process.

 

  1. Login into Freelance Portal

 

2. Click on the Documents section in the left side bar.

 

3. Find the timesheet that is required for editing. Now click the three dots on the right hand side of the selection and select Edit. The timesheet will return into the TimeCard section of Freelance Portal.

 

4. Now go to the TimeCard section and click the Edit button to view the entry and make amendments.

 

5. Once the timecard entry is open, click the Edit button on each particular date and make the amendments as required. Be sure to click Save after each change is made to save the changes.

 

6. Once complete scroll down to the bottom of the page. Attach any supporting documents requested, then click Preview to verify the timesheet entry and then click Submit to send the timesheet off to the recipient, which in most cases is the accounts department.

 

7. Verify that the email address is correct and click Submit to send the timesheet. There is no need to add your own email address in this field as you will automatically receive a copy of the updated timesheet in your email inbox. In the event that multiple email addresses are required, use a semi colon to separate each address e.g timesheets.tphglobal.com;time@tphglobal.com .
