Please complete the User Request Form to add, delete or edit EzyPO/DPF users and approval chains. Once completed, return to our support team by creating a ticket in our customer support portal or emailing support@helpdesk.tphglobal.com

Please keep a copy of the completed form for your records. You will need to send an updated copy to support to add, delete or amend users and approval chains in the future.
