Change Password

The Change Password page allows a user to change their password. 

1. From the main navigation drop-down menu click on Change Password

2. Enter your Old Password

3. Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password

   Each field will have a message displayed next to it to let the user know if the password is correct, incorrect or confirmed.
   
   

   A Strength message will appear next to the New Password field. Depending on the settings on the users account, a certain strength must be reached for an accepted password. By default this is set to Mild. The password strengths available are:

   Weak - There are no limitations to a weak password. This is not a recommended setting.

   Mild - The password must be at least 8 characters long and include an Uppercase, Lowercase and Digit. This is the recommended minimum setting.

   Strong - The password must be at least 12 characters long and include an Uppercase, Lowercase and Digit.

   Extra Strong - The password must be at least 20 characters long and include an Uppercase,

   Lowercase and Digit.
   
   

   Hovering the mouse over the eye symbol will reveal the password in the above field.
