Refresh DPF After Update

As TPH is always striving to provide its clients the best experience with its applications, this requires updates to be completed periodically so that the latest version is available to our clients.

The article below provides the steps required to refresh Digital Paper Flow after an update has been completed so that you can access the next features and fixes from the latest release.

1. Go to the following URL: https://www.digitalpaperflow.com/

2. Click the Refresh button shown in the bottom left corner of the page. A screenshot is provided below. In addition, if the green refresh doesn’t pop up for you or not, you should:
Windows OS: on your keyboard, click the CTRL-SHIFT-R buttons together to reload the page.
Mac OS: Hold down the Option + ⌘ Command key and then press the 'E' key.
This will update DPF to the latest version. When completing this step, the screen may go blank for a moment and then will load the login page.

3. If you are still experiencing issues try opening a new private web page in incognito mode. This will not be affected by the browser cache and will download the new version. As a last resort, please refer to the following article below which explains how to clear your cache in the most popular browsers. Once you have completed this task return to step 2 and complete the procedure once more.
