DPF Running Slow

If your DPF running slow?  Follow the instructions below so we can help determine the cause.

 

1. Try the main production DPF website and the beta website, to see if it is slow on just one or all of the web addresses.

https://beta.digitalpaperflow.com/

2. Try a different web browser to see if the slowdown persists (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).

 

3. Run a speed test with the website linked and take a screenshot of the results. Send this screenshot to us with your support ticket.

 

 

4. Send us a support ticket at support@helpdesk.tphglobal.com with the following details:

  • The web browsers you have tried.

  • A screenshot of your speed test.

  • Detail noting what areas the website is running slow in and what you are doing when you notice the slowdown.
