If you’re having issues getting the link to work, we recommend that you open an Incognito window from your browser.
For Google Chrome, from the top right-hand side, click on the 3 dots, and then select New Incogito Window:
Then, copy the link from the email and paste it into the address bar. It will look something like this: test123 (but will likely be your Production name).
Hit the enter key on your keyboard, and you will then be asked to sign in using your Microsoft credentials.
