Include DPF comments in Approval Emails

Administrators can enable a production wide setting to include PDF comments in all Approval emails sent by DPF.

 

Example of plaintext Expense approval email with this system default turned on, The comments will be printed out at the bottom of the approval emails.

To turn this option on for your production, follow the below.

 

  1. Login with your ADMIN account into DPF

  2. Navigate to the Setup → System Defaults page

  3. Tick Include Comments in Approval Emails
