Set Company Invoice Email
This function is accessible to ADMIN users.
You can set a company accounts contact email to auto-populate when users draft Purchase Orders.
Select the top left menu icon, then select ‘Setup’
Scroll down and select Business Unit. Select the company line on the page.
Enter an email address along the email line and contact, phone and fax details as desired. Select the ‘save’ tick and close.
When a user is drafting a PO via the interactive method, the contact details added in the ‘Business Unit’ setup will available to insert in the top blue banner.
Select “Please email invoice to” on the header banner on a draft purchase order.
A “Company” menu box will appear.
Select the company name from the drop down box - this will feed through the nominated email address.
Longer email addresses may be cut short. These are best entered via Eclipse or EzyPO. Once entered in either, do not edit the DPF company email.
EzyPO:
In EzyPO, select the top left hand menu icon. Select ‘Control Table’ and then scroll down to ‘Company Details’ in this lefthand menu.
The company list page will open.
Select the orange ‘edit’ button under the relevant production company
Enter the accounts email address in the contact field and select save.
Eclipse:
Open the production database in Eclipse
Select Control Table along the top menu panel, then select Company Set Up
Select the relevant production name, and an ‘Update Records’ edit box will open.
Correct or enter the appropriate invoice email address. Then select ‘Ok’ and close the window
