Change Multiple Chart of Accounts

Eclipse allows you the ability to change Post, Lvl, Sec, Fringe, Type, Active and Init Balance all at once for multiple accounts.

To do a multi-change:

1. In the Main Menu Bar select General Ledger > Chart of Accounts

2. Highlight the accounts you want to change by holding the SHIFT on your keyboard (Alt key on MAC) and using the down arrow button or your mouse cursor to select the entries you want to change. Alternately, you can use the Select All check box to highlight all the entries

3. Click the Multi Change button.  The Processing Records window will appear

4. Tick the boxes for the fields you want to change and the change the value of the field to the correct option

5. Press OK and all selected accounts will change
