Chart of Accounts Reports

From the Chart of Accounts window you can run reports on all or on a limited data selection.

To create a report for selected accounts:

1. In the Main Menu Bar select General Ledger > Chart of Accounts

2. Highlight the accounts you wish to create a report for

3. Click on the Reports button. The CHART OF ACCOUNT REPORTS window will appear.

4. Choose what format you want your report to be produced from the Report Type combo box.

5. Once you made all the desired selections, click on OK to generate the report.

6. You can choose to print the report or save it to your hard drive using the icons on the Icon bar located on top as shown below. Your personal computer hard drive is listed as Client Home (M:)
