Import or Export Order Lines

DPF has the ability to export your order lines to excel and also re-import them with your changes.
Export Order Lines
Select the order lines you wish to export
Click the 3-dot submenu and then select Export
Your order lines will be generated as an Excel file.
Importing Order Lines
Select the 3-dot submenu and then select Import
Paste your edited spreadsheet data from the Export and then click Save.
Your order lines will be imported. You then need to Save the order for your imported lines to be saved to the PO record.
Valid Import values
When importing PO lines from the excel sheet, the system follows the following validation:
Line Numbers (Column V)
Line numbers in the import that match an existing order line will replace the existing order line.
Line numbers in the import that do not match any existing order lines will be created as a new order line.
Line Type (Column A)
The Type value determines the type of order line (Service, Rental Hire, Car, Distribution) that will be saved.
