Cashet Debit Card API Setup and Importing Transactions
Initial Setup
Go to Control Table → System Defaults → Debit Cards.
Enter CASHET into the Debit Card Provider field and click OK.
Provide the Expense Upload API License ID to CASHET. This can be found in the following locations:
Login as an ADMIN in DPF and go to Setup → System Defaults.
Importing Transactions
Before importing any transactions you need to add the Card ID to the PC Vendor in Eclipse so it can match both. Follow this guide for that step: How To Import And Reconcile Debit Cards (EQUALS/VASCO/CENTTRIP)
Go to Petty Cash → Petty Cash Entry and Insert a new batch or open an existing batch.
Right-click in the Unposted Petty Cash List and choose Import Debit Card Transactions.
You will be prompted with how many CASHET records are ready to be imported. Select the PC Control Account and tick the options you want to use: Note do not tick Use this Tax Flag as the Tax flags will come in from CASHet.
Before you email out any PC Forms to users from inside Eclipse, ensure you add your reply-to email in your user entry defaults. Every user sending out PC forms from inside Eclipse will need to do this. Note: You may be able to skip this step as the approvals are done online.
Follow this guide here to do so: Setting up your Email inside Eclipse. Ensure that the email you use here is the email that you want crew to be sending their PC Forms to.
If you do not do this, then emails will have our support reply-to email address by default, and any emails we receive from crew will be discarded.
