Journal Spreadsheet Templates

There are two Journal Excel Spreadsheet Options.  

• The template with unlimited transaction lines.  

• The Journal Barcode Form with a maximum of 30 lines.

To import the attached Journal Form data into Eclipse:

1. In the Excel template highlight the range of cells A to T, select copy.

• Do NOT copy the Header row

• Do NOT copy the example row

• ONLY copy your Transaction Lines.

2. In Eclipse from the main menu bar select General Ledger > Journal Entry.

3. Click the Insert button to start a new batch.

4. In the Unposted Journal List window right-click in the body of the journal entry screen and select paste.
