Timecard Search Tool

Background: This article is most helpful to Digital Paper Flow users trying to sort and find timecards by a specific search filter.

 

Context: Within the timecards module under either Draft, Approve, Hold, Pending, Declined, Approved and All the search feature can be used to sort or find purchase orders.

 

 

 

 

 

From the Navigation Bar select Timecards.

 

Select the group of the Timecard you would like to search for. These include Draft, Approve, Hold, Pending, Declined, Approved, All.

 

Click on the drop-down arrow to select the filter you wish to sort and find a timecard by

 

Search Function 1: Select the filter from one on the following types:

  • Employee Name

  • Department

  • Position

  • Date

  • Group

  • Transaction

(Note: Clicking on a selection once will automatically sort the timecards in descending order. If you click on the filter once more it will sort the timecards in ascending order)

 

Search Function 2: Simply type in one of the following terms in the search bar and a result will be returned.

  • Employee Name

  • Department

  • Position

  • Date - these formats are accepted:
    DD-MM-YYYY
    DD/MM/YYYY
    YYYY-MM-DD
    YYYY/MM/DD

  • AE Group

  • Transaction Number

(Note: Page loading must be turn on for this search feature to be operational.)
