View Purchase Orders that you have not personally drafted

If your administrator has set you up to view Purchase Orders that you did not draft - such as POs from a certain department, or all POs that have been approved - follow this guide.

  1. Login to EzyPO. 

  2. Go to the designated section you wish to view POs - Draft, Pending, Rejected, Approved. 

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the "View All Linked POs" checkbox. 

  4. Tick this checkbox. You can also change how many POs are displayed at a time by typing a number in the display field and then pressing Tab.

  5. Any POs that are not yours will appear in a light blue colour.
