Go-Global Log In Error

User is having issues logging in on Go-Global and getting the following error message even after switching Go-Global servers:

This is most likely due to the network that they are on blocking the ports that Go-Global uses. This is the case for BBCAU so all BBCAU employees would need to use the host address listed below.

Please switch to using ggau.tphglobal.com:443 on AppController instead.

Users using the ausgg5.tphglobal.com host address would also need to use port 443, similar to the above. They will need to enter ausgg5.tphglobal.com:443 in the host address field instead of the usual ausgg5.tphglobal.com.
