Flush your DNS (Mac OS)
On MAC OS and Go-Global there is sometimes an issue with MAC OS caching old DNS records.
The DNS Cache is essentially a piece of data that stores a bunch of web addresses for quick access in the future. Your computer will check this before trying to connect.
You can wipe it by going to Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal
Copy the following command and press enter. You may be prompted for your password.
sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
Please wait a few minutes, then restart your computer and then try and connect.
