Show Cost Report as Underage

1. From the main menu bar select Control Table > System Defaults > General Ledger
2. Tick the Show Cost Report Underage box. When ticked, the Variance column will be displayed as a positive number when the EFC is greater than the Budget ( using the formula EFC - Budget instead of Budget - EFC).
