Custom Financial Reports Period End Date

By default, when running a financial report, the period end date is grabbed from the Period Close window:

You can change your system settings to allow for a custom text box in your Financial Reports window, instead of using the Period Close window for the period end date.

 

1. Go under Control Table > System Defaults > General Ledger tab.


2. Untick Use Period Close Date

A text box will now appear in your financial reports menu, where you can manually enter the period end date for the report header
