Changing an Unposted Invoice

From the Unposted Invoice List window, you can Insert, Change or Delete entries as needed. This is also where you run Input Control and Distribution reports.

 

1. From the main menu select Accounts Payable > Invoice Cheque Entry. The Invoice Entry Batch window will appear, double-click on the batch you would like modify.

 

2. Use the buttons detailed below to perform the operation(s) needed:

 

Buttons

  • Insert – Inserts new invoice

  • Change – Click to change highlighted invoice

  • Delete – Click to delete highlighted invoice

  • Select All – Selects all invoices

  • Post – To post selected invoices

  • Reports – To create input and distribution reports for selected invoice(s)

  • Send To – To transfer selected invoices to Excel spreadsheet by clicking File > Excel
